The official trailer of Marvel’s “The Avengers” is finally online.
This epic movie reunites big heroes from the Marvel universe such as Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, among others.
Joss Whedon is directing this movie with an all-star cast composed of: Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson.
Here’s the trailer:
The music from the trailer is of Nine Inch Nails – We’re in This Together
The movie is scheduled to be released on 4th May, 2012
Have you even wondered if we’ll get a new Ghost Rider movie that doesn’t suck? Well, maybe here’s our answer:
The duo of directors Neveldine/Taylor (Crank saga) have unleashed the first look of their interpretation of this anti-hero Marvel character (once again played by Nicolas Cage). This movie is not a sequel per se, it’s loosely based on the first movie, but let’s hope this time they won’t make the same atrocities as the first one…
Also, if you’ve seen a Neveldine/Taylor movie before, you know exactly what to expect from this: silly over-the-top non-stop action.
This won’t be for everyone’s taste, but those who can appreciate it will surely be for a ride.
I’ve embedded the trailer below:
The movie is set for release on February 17, 2012
Here’s a concept art released for comic-con showing the characters of Marvel’s epic production The Avengers, directed by cult-favorite Joss Whedon.
We can see old characters like Iron-man (Robert Downey Jr), Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) and there’s Hawkeye being played by Jeremy Renner. But there’s also the new Hulk being played by Mark Ruffalo, who is replacing Edward Norton in this 3rd iteration of the character after negotiations between Marvel and Norton fell off.
The film is still shooting and is set for release on May 4th, 2012.
Sony Pictures just released the first official picture of Andrew Garfield in the Spider-man costume (sans mask).
So far so good.
This reboot (which I think is rather unnecessary after the Sam Raimi trilogy) is being directed by Marc Webb (500 days of summer).
Other people in the cast includes Emma Stone, Sally Field, Martin Sheen among others.
It is being filmed with Red’s Epic digital 3D camera and the movie is set for release on July 3, 2012

Marvel’s epic movie “The Avengers” (which reunites big superheroes from the Marvel Universe such as Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America among others) is going to be shot in 3D, according to a slip from actor Mark Ruffalo, who is going to perform Hulk’s character with performance capture (like with the Na’Vis in Avatar). He’s also going to play the human part without any CGI.
The movie is set for release on May 4, 2012.
It will be directed by cult writer/director Joss Whedon.
Let’s hope it doesn’t end as messy as Iron Man 2…
